BAK is the native coin of the BrainArk Besu Layer 1 Blockchain. The genesis block allocated a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 BAK. 15,000,000 BAK was subsequently burned permanently, reducing the effective total supply.
WBAK note — WBAK (Wrapped BAK) on Binance Smart Chain (0x7079B3414aAAf317547d06b10628bC15d5f39Fa3) represents BAK bridged from the native chain at a 1:1 ratio. Current WBAK supply: ~50,000,000. WBAK is tradeable on PancakeSwap V3 (WBAK/USDT pool: 0x8aAF77EEf16EdaD2a9aa64d9eBB1303f5c537494).

15,000,000 BAK was permanently and irreversibly removed from circulation via the emergencyWithdraw function of the original airdrop contract (0xc5F39C361D93f2719e9ac2Bf51F78AFFee80dFe8).
The funds were sent to address(1) — the EVM ecrecover precompile. This system address has no private key and no known mechanism exists to generate a valid signature for it. The 15,000,000 BAK at this address are permanently locked and can never be moved.
